New PR Update

A new PR update has surprised many in the webmaster world.  PR or page rank is Google’s way of valuating the importance of each webpage.  The higher your page rank, the more or better quality links are linking to you.  Page rank doesn’t have much, if any bearing on search engine rank, but as you’d expect sites with higher page rank typically rise to the top of search engines.  Links off of higher page rank sites are very valuable because the link from that important site lifts the search engine rank and page rank to that of other sites linked from it.
